HTML composer.  Reply as quoted.  Forward as inline.  (Note the same problem happens with edit as original message.)

Cannot reproduce in plain text in Evo 3.40.1 / webkit2gtk3 2.32.1.

System: Fedora-33 fully updates

Evolution: 3.38.4 (3.38.4-1.fc33)
