Hi,
the Thunderbird developers asked for the OAuth2 application credentials
in time when it was allowed by the Yahoo! server. Unfortunately, Yahoo!
disabled this for a new applications since then. They still advertise
OAuth2 for the mail/CalDAV/CardDAV, and Yahoo! "supports" it, for the
old applications.
