[Evolution] Fwd: Gmail login blocked now

Hello again Evolution

I should explain that I have set up both IMAP and POP accounts because I prefer to download my email and then file some in my desktop folders. I have read the manual online for hours but at age 81 am not sure what to do most easily. Please advise me.

I keep getting this request over and over. My gmail password has not been changed. I cannot download my email.

Gmail says "Evolution is a less secure application"

So I have to change my Fetching email Authentication type to Password from OAUTH2 (google) every morning and my Sending mail type to Plain. How can I avoid this please?
