you need to replace the evolution related packages by the evolution
related debugging symbol packages.
Read this first:

After reading the above, since Debian/Ubuntu split the upstream bundles
into many packages, take a look at the Debian (and Ubuntu) tracker, to
see what Evolution related packages actually need to be replaced:
