Hi,
folders under On This Computer are fully under control of Evolution,
there is no need to update any subfolders, thus there is no option
for
it. In contrast to for example IMAP, where messages can be received
in
Inbox and also in subfolders (by server-side filtering), thus the
option to check for new messages in various folders makes sense
there.
