As Adam already mentioned, there is a Redirect feature (it's under
Message->Forward though semantically it doesn't really belong there
IMHO). This is something that at one time all mail clients had, and
Evolution still does though most people aren't aware of it.

While this keeps the original formatting, without adding a "forward"
text, it doesn't return to sender.

Of course not. Redirect isn't specifically for "bouncing" in the sense
we're using it here. There is a semantic problem in that "bounce" has
been overloaded with two slightly different meanings:

a) Return to sender, possibly with an error indication. This is the
sense it's being used in this thread, and in fact in most discussions
about mailing lists and their managers.

b) Pass on to the (presumably) intended recipient, a third party.

The intention of (b) is that the third party should receive the
original message as if it had been sent directly by the original sender
(with extra headers of course) including a From line that shows the
original sender. In contrast the From line of a forwarded message shows
the forwarder, not the original sender.
