Just a heads-up: I can't log into my Gmail accounts on Evo
because
GOA is broken in the latest Fedora. Under both KDE and Gnome,
the
online-accounts widget blocks the keyboard and generates an X
error.
Until this is fixed I won't be able to use Evo.

I've just upgraded one of my systems to F23 and my Google GoA is
working fine with Linux.
Could be a video driver issue. I'm using Nouveau as there isn't an
updated Nvidia driver yet.

This is on an old laptop with Intel drivers.  I must admit I stopped
using the nVidia drivers on F22 because they were having problems
with
Wayland very early on and never bothered to reinstate them. Nouveau
seems to work fine for what I need it for.

Managed a workaround by deleting and re-creating the account, meaning I
had to configure everything all over again but at least it worked.
