Most major distributions have a current-GNOME-3 repository [whatever
silly name they happen to use for "repository"].
It would just be nice if there was some kind of index @ GNOME to the
repositories for the various distributions.
For openSUSE there are repositories at download.opensuse.org such as
- download.opensuse.org/repositories/GNOME:/STABLE:/3./openSUSE_12.3
These generally will not be up-to-the-minute, but track a stable release
[which is what users should use].
