Quite feasibly.

For the list detection to work, we have to get those headers at the time
we fetch the message *summary* (when it first appears in the mailbox).

If we aren't fetching those headers then, but we're only seeing them for
the first time when you actually *read* the message, then it's not going
to show you the Reply to List option.

Sounds like an evolution-mapi bug.

Aaahh, that would probably explain it then.  I can't ask these MS guys to fix exchange since I'm supposed to be using Outlook on Windows XP, so I suppose I'll just have to live with it.  Thanks a lot for your assistance in any case.  Much appreciated.
