[Evolution] Is it possible to order sidebar entries as desired?

I have two categories in my sidebar: On This Computer and One for my
mail servers.   Each of the subcategories are ordered alphabetically.
Is it possible to order them differently?  How do I go about it?   I
tried dragging and dropping, but it didn't work.
