When I now click on receive/ send a window comes up asking for my pop

Any suggestions please.
I find this happens now and then on Evo, as it did on Thunderbird when I
was on XP. A few times of putting in the password and then it stops
again till next time.
What system are you using now, and what desktop? On Linux Evo is a Gnome
app (even if you use a different desktop) so it uses the Gnome keyring
for storing passwords. If this matches your situation, you may have to
configure the keyring.
