Re: [Evolution] pop password

[cut]
I find this happens now and then on Evo, as it did on Thunderbird when I
was on XP. A few times of putting in the password and then it stops
again till next time.

Dianne
Hi Dianne,
your email provider may have set timeout between mail send/receive
attempts. in such a situation Evo acts as you have entered invalid
password. The next time password prompt appears, click cancel option,
wait 3-5 minutes and click send/receive again - there should be no
popup.
This is just a guess, but you may as well ask your mail provider if
they do force timeouts between following send/receive attempts.
