[Evolution] [Tasks] Removing attachments from tasks does not delete them on disk

I created a task, added an attachment, saved the task, deleted the task.
The attachment is still on disk.
Tried to remove the attachment before deleting the task. Still the same.
Attachment is still on disk somewhere
in ....evolution/tasks/local/1226594801 7413 0 linux1/1257954400 6163 10 camel linux1 
Quitting the app and restarting the app did not make a difference. 
This happens with recent gnome-2-28 branch version.
Should I file a bug report?
