I can't access Evolution anymore.
When I start a dialog pops up prompting me for the Exchange account
password but the dialog is frozen: neither of the 2 buttons ('Cancel &
'OK') is clickable and the text field isn't editable.
When I booted this morning but there was no Internet access. After I
fixed that Evolution stayed frozen so I closed it and restarted it but
then the dialog started to appear.
I tried:
* closing Evolution and restarting;
* killing all Evolution-related processes en restarting;
* logging out;
* rebooting.
None of these made any difference.
How can I fix it?
