On a more serious note, yes there is Ekiga, but what does that
(successfully) interop with for your Windows (or OSX for that matter)
buddies?
A couple of hundred VoIP clients or so. Check wikipedias list of clients.
Ekiga supports SIP and H.323, which are the most common VoIP
protocols in use on the internet. Skype doesn't even come close.
