[Evolution] Different reply to Signature

Does anyone know how to use a different signature by default when
replying to e-mail.  I'd like to avoid adding my contact information
on a reply unless its absololutley necessary.  When I compose a new
message though I like to add all my contact info.  I know I can switch
on the fly but is there a way to configure this as standard behavior
on my client.
