Recently, I started noticing that if I leave my computer for a few hours,

If I leave Evo closed and simply launch it when mail-notify tells me there
is mail, I never have a problem. It's only when I leave Evo up and running
throughout the day that it locks up. I'm using Ubuntu 8.4.1, with Evo
version 2.22.3.1 from Ubuntu's repositories. Any ideas on how I can
trouble-shoot this?
Not a solution, but I am seeing this same behavior with Evolution
2.22.1 on openSUSE 11.0.
Hi,
if you've installed debug info packages then attach gdb to the running
evolution/evolution-data-server/evolution-exchange process and file a
bug containing result of the "thread apply all bt" command from gdb at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org and some developer will look for the cause of
the issue.
Maybe related to the recently committed fix from
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=546444
but maybe not, it really depends on the back trace.
Bye,
Milan
