Thanks for those pointers Reid.  I was able to follow the directions you
provided and the ones on the various web sites and built everything.

However, when I try to run this Evolution I get a message box warning me
that I'm using a pre-release version of Evolution, which is fine, but I
can't get rid of that box!  I click OK and nothing happens; I try to
close it with the window manager and nothing happens.  I have to use ^C
or kill to get rid of it.


How do I run the test version of evolution?
