More info on my problem: Evolution seems to think that I have NO calendars at all! If I try to make an appointment on the blank calendar I'm shown a popus says "There is no calendar available for creating events and meetings" While in calendar view, the left panel is empty. Isn't that supposed to be the location for a list of available candars? I cannot create a new calendar: Trying gets me the "Add Calendar" popup, but there are no selections available in the "Type" pulldown and no matter what I do, the "+ Add Calendar" button at the bottom remains greyed out.
