This is just a pop cache, it can be deleted without any problems.
~/.evolution/mail/pop/<account>/cache/* are just temporary locations for
POP messages to be downloaded to before they get delivered into the
local mailboxes.
Jeff
I will just delete them then. People here in an effort to help were
making everything very convoluted.
Regards Bill
Deleted all but two of the offending files; everything seems to be
working fine. However there were two files marked by clamscan as:
/.evolution/mail/local/Inbox: HTML.Phishing.Pay-6 FOUND
/.evolution/mail/local/Bill (Personal): HTML.Phishing.Bank-394 FOUND
I don't want to remove my Inbox or Bill (Personal) and those two
Phishing emails are not visible through evo to delete. So, how do I get
rid of them?
Any suggestions?
Regards Bill
