If u want to delete many items, u can select the tasks by clicking on
the tasks icon which appears under the column "Type" and use the delete
button (from key board), then it deletes all the tasks. But yes there is
a problem if u try to delete, selecting many items from some other
column such as summary, start date etc., then it tries to delete the
contents of the selected column for the last selected task item.

Evolution Task list got filled with a million empty tasks. Is
there a
way to delete them all in one fell swoop? The Delete button
only allows
you to delete them one at a time.
Just select them all with shift-click and then right click to
delete.

Using Evolution 2.0.2 - can't shift-click to select more than one.
Perhaps this works in later versions?
It does, but it works as far back as 1.2 or 1.4.

You're right. I was shift-clicking then hitting the Delete button,
instead of shift-clicking then right-clicking. Delete button only
deletes one regardless of how many are selected.
