[Evolution] Evo filters



I've just switched (back !!) to Evo from kmail, and have recently found
a very nice script that kills duplicate messages quite nicely (I'd love
to be able to link this to a button, but that's for later).

When creating a filter, it appears that you can only apply it to
incoming or outgoing mail - is there any way we could have a third
"manual" option here ?

As an alternative, can the application of filters to incoming email be
disabled until you manually apply them ?
