Is there anything that can be done around this? Is it a "handshake protocols suffer from lag, duh" thing, or is it something in the evo code stack that is holding you back? I have a very high latency link (server in North America, me typically in Asia/Pacific and do notice a lot of drag when the IMAP code is checking for mail.
