Hmmz did you install evolution-webcal? this is needed to make eds work
with links like that.
You can test it using
webcal://www.rons-linux.org/WebGuide/34.tv.gids.nl.ics

The vcf file is automaticly generated from the company database with an
php script. But Evolution does not handle this url format.
