It does not work because evolution does not handle url with arguments : $ evolution "webcal://www.company.net/edt/ics.php?year=2004&week=45&promo=4&id=961671&ag_id=74653" (evolution:6800): evolution-shell-WARNING **: Invalid URI: webcal://www.company.net/edt/ics.php?year=2004&week=45&promo=4&id=961671&ag_id=74653 The vcf file is automaticly generated from the company database with an php script.
