No, it's fairly stock Redhat-9, under Gnome, with the ximian upgrades
recommended by the go.ximian.com script.  The ximian packages are listed
below.  I'm running kernel 2.4.20-24.9 

(Not sure what other platform specs matter... let me know and I'll post
them.)
