The issue is, Mozilla (and Firebird) will prompt you with the Profile
Selector, if called a second time -- unless you use the remote
parameters like Paul and Brad already mentioned.

I'm getting this when the link is https: rather than http:. I posted
a question about it a day or two ago but nobody answered, so maybe
it's just me.
