Unicode::Collate' (yes it's Perl, but the rules are presumably the
same). Now I see how the OS sorts for Norwegian and Evo does, indeed,
follow the LC_COLLATE order. For folders with the letter 's':

sendt = sent
skisser = drafts
søppel = trash

But getting back to OP's original question: with Courier IMAP and both
Evo and Mozilla, INBOX is at the head of the hierarchy and is not sorted
- or collated (which actually means "compared").
