Subject: [Evolution] NNTP in evolution-1.5.x?
hello,
I just came acros this article http://usefulinc.com/edd/
blog/2004/2/6#13:23 and the author mentions using evo to read
newsgroups.
I have evo-1.5.3 and canot find any options regarding NNTP setup?
Hoiw is this done?
The fedora test RPMS have NNTP explicitly disabled - I've filed a bug in
rehat's bugzilla on the subject.
Assuming you've built from source - you can add a new mail account of
type News Groups (or something to that effect - the machine I'm in front
of now doesn't have 1.5 installed).
You can then subscribe to news groups using the Tools->Subscribe to
Folders menu option.
