In Tools -> Settings, Add a new account .. when it comes to Receiving
Email, "USENET News" should be amongst the options.

If it isn't, Evolution needs to be built with --enable-nntp=yes
If it is, follow the new account druid through, then go to Tools-
> Subscribe to Folders  to subscribe to groups
