How can I setup evolution so that all its data (i.e. addressbook,
calendar, tasklist and mail) are shared completely between two users?

The shared address book can be solved with LDAP.
The shared email can be solved with IMAP.

Maybe others can help with calendar & tasklist.

If you're only dealing with two users, you can use Multisync (using
SyncML) to synchronize addressbook, calendars and tasks between two
users.

If you're going to share it to multiple users, I guess the only option
would be to go use Novell Groupwise or M$ Exchange. If you only need to
share the addressbook, any LDAP server will do.
