And yes, I certainly tested every claim I made in my previous post
before writing it. I just tested, without sending any test mail to this
list.

Although this still is 1.5.92.1, but AFAIK there where no changes
regarding this part of the Mailer since then.


Forwarding inline *will* include any attachments in the mails body, *if*
it is text format. There is no way of sending images inline in
text/plain messages, for example.

They were, in fact, images that I tried to "double forward".

If it fails for you, please explain what you did, as verbose as
possible. If it actually is a bug, feel free to file it in bugzilla.


"Users" expect to be able to forward attachments.  Geeks who 
grok all the RFCs may understand these limitations, but I
don't, and I know that "users" who are used to forwarding
emails that attachments (I do it all the time with business
email) will be sore if it doesn't work in Evo.

As I mentioned, Forward as attachment. It's the best way of forwarding
mails unaltered anyway.
