Its using the toolbar sized icon now.  It was the first thing I noticed too with a gasp and a whiney email.  I don't know if thats the 'new size' or just an oversight.

Yeah, I have no idea why this broke.  It did work as expected before didn't it?  I don't know if anyone's filed a bug report.

ctrl-w isn't that hard to hit.  I don't know what happened to the latter, i thought someone had a bug report about it but i haven't seen one.
