Nope. It's really weird behavior. If I'm offline I can't see my INBOX
at all....and if I go to select offline folders the INBOX folder is not
there (nothing to be checked).
When I switch to ONLINE mode, I can then see my INBOX, and when I go to
select offline folders I can see INBOX and it is checked....

Good morning, Derek,
Under Tools > Settings ; Folder Settings > Offline Folders I can check
which folders I would like to be able to view/use offline.
This works fine if I connect to the server, and then go to File > Work
Offline . It appears to sync up my mail, and I can work with it with no
problems.
The problem is that if I am not connected to the network when I fire up
Evo, my selected offline folders do not show up. I get error messages
about not connecting to the server (expected). I tried going to File >
Work Offline, and I get error messages about not being able to contact
the server.
If you switch offline, before closing down Evolution, this problem will
not happen anymore.
