At any moment, either while 'Expunge' the 'Delete' message; or while
moving another message (from Draft) to that place in the Public Folder,
"IMAP command failed: Access Denied" will pop up.
The server probably doesn't let you add new files via IMAP. Outlook uses
a completely separate protocol for this. You just can't compare the two
cases. It is only intended to work from Windows.
I'm running 1.0.8; just to be clear.
FYI, that's an ancient version. The current version is 1.4.5.
