[Evolution] Evolution fail to write french accents in HTML

Hi,

I've just configured evolution and I choose "Century gothic" as font. I
don't know realy if it the reaseon but when I 've got a HTML page
(resume or email in HTML format) there is no caracter when there is a
french acccent like (éàùâ...) . My encoding type is "West europe
(ISO-8859-1)


Why ?
