[Evolution] Signature dissapears from preferences

All,

I have Evolution 1.2.1 installed on RH 8.0. My signature disappears from
the preferences section every time I shut down Evolution. I tried
creating 4 signatures and saving them....they all disappear when I exit
out and come back into Evolution.

Any thoughts????

P.S. I just noticed that the Spell check comes back and says there are
no mispelled words, when there are plenty of them.
