It is a euro sign in both places (I can see it fine here in the
development version), the _ is because it is having trouble with finding
a font with the euro and displays a placeholder character instead. Make
sure you pick a font encoding that actually contains the euro like
iso8859-15 for gtkhtml and your gtk theme font (there is no way to
explicitly pick a font for Etable short of editing your gtkrc).
None of these font issues apply to the development branch because we get
to use gtk2's vastly improved text routines.

Just to be really annoying, it shows as an underscore in the subject
line once it got to the list!! Now what do I do?

Hi,
Subject says it all, really.
If I cut and paste the Euro sign above, it shows as an underscore
here €
Any ideas??
