Re: [Evolution] Default Browser

I had already done this, but each time I bring up the Gnome properties
for selection the default browser, the options are greyed out. I select
the radio button next to custom and put the entry in as you mentioned
then restart Evo and try a link to no avail. Going back into the Gnome
properties again, I see that this area (default browser) is greyed out
again as if the changes are not being respected. I suspect that this
may be a Gnome issue.

Strange. :-/

Have you tried using gconftool-2 directly rather than using the Gnome
Control Center applets?

If that works, you even can use the script to use Mozilla Tabs if
available, by substituting the command to read 'mozilla-remote.sh %s'.

Anyway, try checking the value first:
$ gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/url-handlers/unknown

And please, do not forget: You are using a beta version. Maybe this is
still broken... ;-)

If this is the case, I am pretty sure Frederic Crozat will know, when he
reads this.
