How do I make Firebird my default browser while using Evolution?
Once again, the most requested FAQ... ;-) Adjust the Command to launch Firebird. I never tried it, but I assume even adjusting the script to use Firebird should be easy. ...guenther Evolution 1.4 / Gnome 2.x ------------------------- Open the "Gnome Control Center" > Preferred Applications > Web Browser or simply run: # gnome-default-applications-properties check 'Custom Web Browser' Command: gnome-moz-remote --newwin "%s" This will present you every link (clicked in a Gnome 2 app) in a new mozilla window. If you prefer tabs (instead of new windows) like me, change it similar like that: Command: mozilla-remote.sh "%s" Have the attached script in your path (or change the command to have the whole path) and make the script executable. -- char *t="\10pse\0r\0dtu\0 ghno\x4e\xc8\x79\xf4\xab\x51\x8a\x10\xf4\xf4\xc4"; main(){ char h,m=h=*t++,*x=t+2*h,c,i,l=*x,s=0; for (i=0;i<l;i++){ i%8? c<<=1: (c=*++x); c&128 && (s+=h); if (!(h>>=1)||!t[s+h]){ putchar(t[s]);h=m;s=0; }}}
