It's configured to Europe/Madrid in the Evo settings, and Madrid in the
system clock settings. All other appointments work fine and all-day
appointments show up as all day (not 0200-0200) in the calendar. It's
only the alarm that bumps them up 2 hours. Since that's exactly the
offset from GMT, I'm guessing it is a TZ issue as well, but one that
only affects the alarm component and then only for the all-day events.
Is there anyplace else I need to set my timezone?

Nope, it's a regular all-day event with no time zone indicated. Just to
test I entered a regular timed appointment, and it alerted me at the
correct time, so it's only the all-day appointments that are being
treated at 0200 by the alarm; they look fine in the Calendar view.
and what's your timezone configured to in the Evo settings?
It seems it might be some problem with your timezone data for the
daylight savings, as other user said on the list.
Alarms work for me perfectly (Europe/Madrid timezone).
