Re: [Evolution] Editing templates?

I am using Ximian Evolution 1.2.3.

I would like to change the templates for new messages and replies.

For example, my locale and language is set to Russian, and so the date
in the reply is given in Russian. This is bad for international list; I
want to either change it to English or just remove the date altogether.

Also, I'd like to add a default 'Hello %name' before the message.

AFAIK that is hard coded and you can't change it. At least, there is no
GUI for that. There have been discussions about that, though. Maybe in
some later releases.

btw: IMHO that string (the language) depends on the language Evo uses.
If you don't mind using Evo with English UI you will get that string in
English too.
