[Evolution] PGP inline vs. PGP/MIME

This question has come up a number of times in the past little while, so
I'm going to further the discussion...

I'm the only one in our organization that is currently using Evolution
-- everyone else is on a combination of other clients (all Windows
based), and the client in question right now is Outlook Express.

I've had the other person -- Bob -- install PGP on his workstation, and
he can send PGP signed messages. However, even though we've told OE to
use PGP/MIME, it's still sending PGP inline... So...

Does anyone know how to get PGP/MIME working under OE? Or where I can
go about looking for it?

And a general question, has anyone successfully sent a PGP-signed
message from Evolution to OE, which was properly verified?

TIA... And apologies for any off-topicness...
