I presume this is inline pgp?  We've dropped support of inline pgp at
this time.  A couple of minor architectural changes are needed to
support it - but the design of it is pretty broken anyway.

Again, this is because inline-pgp is no longer supported.

I dunno, check the url at the bottom of the mail for info on the
archives.  At worst, there's always google, and "+site:lists.ximian.com"

We only support the more recent standard of pgp/mime.  Unfortunately
there's an earlier rfc which isn't fully compatible with the newest
one.  Again pointing to the problems of the pgp implementors.
