[Evolution] red carpet evo channel dead?

Since the upgrade to 1.2, I note that there's been nothing in the evo
dev snapshot channel.

I mean, nothing.  Nothing to subscribe to or remove.

"You have no packages installed" says update, while install says "all
packages available in this channel are already installed".

The channel appears to have no content whatsoever.

What's up?
