Re: [Evolution] About threaded message view

I don't have In-Reply-To: nor References: lines in the headers of any
mail i get.
I don't fully understand what the evolution threaded view is based on.
Is there some documentation somewhere or could you explain be a little
bit more ?
Is there a way to tell Evolution to use theses lines in the headers he
produces or, to add'em in incoming mail's headers ???
I'm lost ;-)

Thanx in advance

Paul.

If it is sorting by subject then it is because the messages that you
have are not setting a In-Reply-To: or References: header. Evolution
uses Message-Ids primarily, but if a message doesn't have a In-Reply-To:
or References: header, then it has no choice but to thread by subject or
not thread at all.

Hi all,

I feel that the threaded view in evolution-mail isn't working very well.
It seems based on subject (??? why ???).
I used to use gnus that thread mail messages based on their Message-ID
wich are unique, even if someone change the subject inside a thread.
Maybe i'm dumb and didn't find the right option ?
Does someone has tips on this ?

Thanx
Paul.
