[Evolution] Where does Evolution store its settings?

Where does Evolution store all of its settings?

I was able to delete my ~/evolution directory (rm -rf!) and yet when I 
loaded up Evolution, it still had all my settings and old email in 
place. I even deleted ~/.gnome...but my old Evolution settings are still 
there when I re-run Evolution.

I'm using Evolution on a Solaris 8 machine.
