Re: [Evolution] Odd mail compose issue

Looks like your gtkhtml editor component depends on a version of gtkhtml
that you do not have installed (which is odd because they are in a
single package).

Are you running Ximian packages? on which system? etc

gdb gnome-gtkhtml-editor

at the (gdb) prompt, type 'run'

after giving it ~10 seconds or so to make sure it has had time to
register itself with oafd, start `evolution` and then compose a new
message or do whatever it was that you do to cause the problem to occur.

Alright. So, how can I test gnome-gtkhtml-editor by itself? :)

Larry meant for you to gdb gnome-gtkhtml-editor, not evolution-mail.

Since gnome-gtkhtml-editor is actually a bonobo component, it does not
show any GUI. It waits for another program to embed it. So, in
essence... gnome-gtkhtml-editor is more like a daemon process that
provides a GUI when requested.
