[Evolution] mail notification

I've installed the evolution packs every two months or so for a least a
year and now finally they seem stable enough for my.
One thing I haven't figured out yet is how to get new mail notification.
Note that I'm running this under KDE, so any gnome panel applet is no
help to me.
