How about having it configurable? I mean, the default setting should be
inconvenient for anyone using server-side mailboxes. Exchange users,
too?

In my installation, this file does already start out with "Subject
contains", so obviously, it doesn't work. But I'd be happy with that
kind of solution, if it worked...
